練り切り製、自家製皮むき餡

Ｉn Japan we have a special calendar.
We call the calendar 24節気（ni•ju•shi•sekki）.
In that special calendar we devide one year into 24 seasons (each season has about 15 days).
From may 21 to june 4 this year we call the season 小満(shouman).
It is the seasen
that vegetation begins to grow thick.
